The project accomondates a family of 4. The client would like to emphasize on the luxurious design with a grand public area and ballroom. We play different combinations of material especially marbles and stones to create different touch of luxury; marble for grand public area and spa-like granite for cozy residential area. To balance the materials, we have added touches of wood and fabric to soften the design in the whole area.
