VIDA Design Studio is a multidisciplinary design firm offering Interior Design, Architectural Design, and Landscape Design. We work closely with our clients through every stage of the design journey. Here’s how we work :

Project Briefing

After the contract is finalized, we start by gathering all the essential information — your goals, requirements, preferences, and any input from other stakeholders. This helps us understand the bigger picture before diving into the design.

Schematic Design

We explore ideas and present a concept, layout plan, and initial design direction. This stage sets the tone and vision for the project, giving you a clear sense of where we’re headed.

Design Development

With your feedback, we refine the concept and create 3D perspectives to help you fully visualize the space and how it will come to life.

Material Selection

We propose material options that match the design vision — considering both look and feel in real life, as well as cost and practicality.

Documentation

We prepare detailed construction drawings for contractors to quote and build from. We also provide a full FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) list to guide the procurement process.

Construction Coordination

Once the contractor is selected, we pass on our drawings and work closely with the team on site to ensure everything is built according to plan. We’re there to support a smooth and accurate execution.

Project Handover

We help oversee the final details to ensure everything aligns with the design intent — delivering a space that’s complete, cohesive, and ready to serve its purpose
