This project was initiated by our client who wanted to reside his older life in a countryside and develop a sustainable model in the neighbourhood. With this initaitve, we focused on exploring sustainable material such as using local materials and modular design, and recycling waste in forms of terrazzo. Moreover, because our client is a notable strategy consultant, we have added design details to reflect this charactoristic throughout the house such as chess detail in built in design and floor pattern to reflect the symbol of strategy planning.
